2007 has been designated as 'European Year of Equal Opportunities for All' as part of an effort to promote equality and non-discrimination in the EU. This conference will mark the EU 50th anniversary and raise public awareness of the importance of equality in education and employment.
The conference will focus on how vocational education and training can increase the participation of under-represented groups in society and strengthen their position in the labour market and in business.
