A contest of short films shot with cameras or mobile phones will be launched starting from February. The theme of the pocket films must be related to the European Union.
Winners of the competition will be awarded at the end of March. All the films will be posted on Postimees Online, a website dedicated to the EU.
Visitors to the website will have the opportunity to post their comments and vote for their favourite film.
