Europe and the Mediterranean Region

The event will be attended by important personalities who will table a discussion on Europe and the evolution of Euro-Mediterranean relations.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malta, Mr Michael Frendo, will open the discussion. His speech will be followed by those of the Undersecretary of State of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Italy, Famiano Crucianelli, Khaled Fouad Allam, member of the Chamber of Deputies, J. Leonard Touadi, deputy mayor of Rome, the President of the Link Campus, Vincenzo Scotti, and the Director-General of the Mediterranean Observatory, Prof. Mohamed Aziza.

The Vice-President of the European Commission and President of the Mediterranean Observatory, Franco Frattini, will conclude the debate, which will be moderated by the editor-in-chief of Messaggero, Roberto Napoletano.
