“The Treaty of Rome: New Perspectives for the EU - after Romania joined”

Young people aged between 15 and 19 from the cities of Deva and Hunedoara, Romania, will compete in a challenging contest on European issues.  The contest “The Treaty of Rome: New Perspectives for the EU - after Romania joined”, will take place in Deva on 2 - 8 March.

In addition to the contest, the event will include a briefing on the history and future of the European Union and on the instruments that the EU uses, as well as a debate about the role of Romania inside the EU.

The event will be an extraordinary opportunity for young people to test their knowledge on the European Union and for awarding the best of them.
