The Welsh Assembly Government and the Welsh Centre for International Affairs have arranged an event to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Rome at which the First Minister for Wales, Rhodri Morgan AM, will give a keynote address.
The First Minister for Wales, the Rt Hon. Rhodri Morgan AM, will deliver a keynote address to mark the 50th anniversary of the EEC/EU.
The speech will focus on the achievements of the EEC/EU, and the role played by Wales, and will consider the challenges that lie ahead.
The address will be followed by a reception.
