Next week's European job days will provide another opportunity for thousands of job seekers and employers to meet, this year at some 500 events in 230 venues throughout Europe.
As well as real recruitment prospects, the six days will be a rich source of information on the benefits and implications of working, studying and training abroad.
In parallel, a special Job Day Europe will be held on Saturday 29 September at the EU’s Brussels headquarters. Justine Henin, Belgian tennis star and world number one, will be the guest of honour.
In some countries, including Belgium, France and Germany, the event will extend into October and November.
This year's event, organised together with the EU’s jobs portal EURES, will also mark the 50th anniversary of the EU and the European year of equal opportunities.
